Welcome & Keynote Speaker (Dr. Julie Libarkin). Join us to hear from Dr. Julie Libarkin who will provide examples of initiatives that have shown promise in fostering inclusion of undergraduate students in field and lab settings. Her keynote address will include opportunities for reflection and discussion as well as Q & A.

Poster Session. Meet in Gather.town to view posters and discuss in real-time with presenters. Poster topics include affective learning strategies, diversity, application of UFERN model, and responses to COVID-19 pandemic.

Welcome & Panel (Accessibility in Undergraduate Field Education). This interdisciplinary panel will discuss their work related to accessibility in undergraduate field education, including barriers, solutions, and successes.

UFERN Model for design, assessment, and research. The goals of the session are to: 1) highlight the UFERN model as a key network product, 2) spark interdisciplinary discussions, and 3) encourage and support use and testing of the UFERN model for designing, implementing, assessing, and researching about student-centered UFEs.
