What is the field and who is in it? “What is the field and who is in it?” are important questions to center as we as a community move towards field experiences that promote positive outcomes through inclusivity, equity, and accessibility. Join us as our panelists Erika Zavaleta, Nia Morales, Tom Fleischner, and Wendy Smythe discuss their current and future imaginings of the field, sharing how their work helps us engage in an expansive view of the field in undergraduate education and beyond. |

This session will consist of a series of 3-5 minute lightning sessions followed by a Q & A wrap-up. |
